Terms of Service
The Riverside Superior Court eNotify system will send occasional SMS text message alerts containing information and updates related to individuals who require access to court facilities. The eNotify program is provided as a service to the general public. The Court does not charge for this service.
The information provided may be subject to errors or omissions. eNotify users agree the Court is not liable for errors or omissions or any of the information provided.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the short code. After sending the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that your mobile number has been unenrolled. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the Court on your mobile device.
You can opt out of receiving text alerts, or update your contact information and preferences at any time by returning to the eNotify site and updating your notification preferences.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at +1(844) 996-2727.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Alerts sent via SMS may not be delivered to you if your phone is not in range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the control of your wireless carrier may interfere with message delivery, including the customer’s equipment, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. You acknowledge that urgent alerts may not be timely received and that your wireless carrier does not guarantee that alerts will be delivered.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless service provider. The Court may deny access to eNotify SMS messages to any user for failure to comply with any of these Terms of Service.
If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.
